Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are dedicated to addressing any concerns or issues you may encounter. Our customer service team is ready to assist you and will work quickly to resolve any problems.

Refund Policy

  • Cancellation 5 Days Prior: If you cancel your order at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery date, you will receive a full refund minus a service charge of $15 or 10% of the total payment, whichever is larger.

  • Cancellation 3 Days Prior: If you cancel your order 3 days before the delivery date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount.

  • Cancellation Less Than 3 Days: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the delivery date are non-refundable.

Return & Replacement Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your item for any valid reason, you may request a replacement if the recipient returns the item within 3 working days of delivery. Please note that refunds are not available for returns.

We are happy to replace items if you notify us within 24 hours of delivery for the following issues:

  • Faulty items
  • Items damaged during transit

Please note that items cannot be exchanged for different products.
